'I have been with Russellers since 2003 when my son joined the club at the age of 7. Like most youth football coaches/managers I got involved as the then manager needed help on match days and especially with training. One year after I joined I became team manager. Since then I have completed my level one course and I am also fixture secretary for all of the junior 11 a side teams'
